Central Queensland Events

The CQ Open Singles was set down to be played on Sunday the 11th of July. This date is now being moved to the 17th and 18th of July which is a Saturday and Sunday.
The open singles, ladies singles, and masters singles are all going to be held on this weekend. Holding the singles events on a sat/sun gives the Mackay people the opportunity to travel down early Saturday morning, play Saturday and probably a little sunday morning and then get home safely Sunday afternoon. It also allows them to share the cost of travel and other expenses.

Also the Combined open and ladies rankers are being moved forward to the 31st July and the 1st of August for more or less the same reason. This will also give the people that make the team more time to organise their travel to Townsville for the open or Brisbane for the ladies.
